Salesforce is putting Tableau Next’s embedded agentic analytics into every tier of its newly announced Agentforce editions. The company says the Core, Advanced and Max packages for Agentforce Sales, Service and Industries now combine AI, analytics, Slack, data security and Premier support in one purchase.

That packaging decision matters as much as any individual feature. Conversational analytics is no longer presented as a separate tool that a Salesforce buyer must discover, fund and integrate later. In the new editions, it arrives beside the operational agent, collaboration surface and security layer.

What every tier includes

Salesforce describes the embedded analytics component as conversational AI agents powered by customizable applications and semantic models. Every tier also includes Agentforce, Slack and Slackbot, native data-security capabilities and a Premier Success Plan, according to the launch announcement.

The included AI capacity changes by tier. Core carries 500,000 Flex Credits, Advanced includes 1 million and Max includes 2.75 million. Salesforce says these allocations are intended to let customers experiment with and deploy agents before buying additional consumption capacity.

The list prices are $195 per user per month for Core, $395 for Advanced and $550 for Max. Salesforce says the Max price is unchanged from Agentforce 1 Edition, and existing Agentforce 1 customers can move to Max at no additional cost. Pricing for the industry-specific editions is scheduled to change later this fall, while legacy-edition pricing for existing customers remains unchanged.

The deployment boundary to watch

Bundling narrows the procurement gap, but it does not prove that a governed semantic model or production-ready analytics workflow exists. Salesforce’s announcement promises prebuilt, customizable applications and semantic models; it does not publish an accuracy evaluation, deployment-time benchmark or customer adoption result for the new package.

Practitioners should therefore separate two questions. The commercial question is now simpler: agentic analytics is included across the edition ladder. The technical question remains local: whether a team’s metrics, permissions and data definitions are ready for conversational agents to use safely.

There is also an important scope distinction inside the bundle. Salesforce says the analytics is embedded and agentic, while several service capabilities remain limited to higher tiers. The autonomous Help Agent appears in Advanced and Max, and the Service Rep Assistant, Workforce Engagement and IT Service features appear in Max. Buyers comparing tiers should inspect the feature tables rather than treating “Agentforce included” as identical agent behavior at every price point.

The practical shift is clear: Salesforce has made analytics part of the default Agentforce buying story. The next evidence to demand is not another bundle diagram, but measured usage—how many customers activate the Tableau Next component, how quickly they connect governed semantics, and what the included Flex Credits cover in real workloads.
